Now that the days are shorter and the weather is cooler, Chef Ron Phillips has created some special dinner items to enjoy with your handcrafted beer. Dinner starts at 4pm daily, and be sure to ask a beertender about any nightly specials. All regular menu items are also available during dinner service.

Chef Ron Phillips, known by staff as Master Yoda, is an integral part of the Thunder Island Brewing co family. Chef makes it a point to utilize locally sourced, season, and quality ingredients in his kitchen. Our menu is constantly evolving and changing thanks to the culinary creativity led by Chef and his team. From locally caught salmon to housemade sauces from scratch, you will be sure to truly experienced all the Gorge has to offer.
