A pale, straw-colored ale that is low on hops and big on flavor. Premium barley, corn and rice make up the creamy full-flavored malt profile in this easy drinking offering.

Easy climb

Golden Ale: 5.3% IBU 19
Named after the Easy Climb beginner mountain bike trail in Cascade Locks this beer is our gateway beer for new craft beer drinker. Not too hoppy, not too malty, this beer is a blend of five different malts balanced with a light dosage of German hops. A crushable beer for the pallette.

Saison Du bonneville

Belgian Farmhouse: 5.8% IBU 28
A pale, straw-colored ale that is low on hops and big on flavor. Premium barley, corn and rice make up the creamy full-flavored malt profile in this easy drinking offering.

Bavarian Hefeweizen: ABV: 5.8% IBU:17
Grus Gott! A traditional wheat beer; one of the few ales that originate in Germany. Our Bavarian Hefeweizen is true to form with distinct overtones of banana and clove that define the style. No fruit was harmed in the making of this bier! The flavor notes are all derived from the yeast strain. In this case, from the Wienstaphen; the oldest brewing school in the world located in Bavaria. Prost!

Rolling thunder pale ale

Vic's Secret Single Hop Pale Ale:
ABV: 5.4% IBU 37
As part of our Rolling Thunder series of beers we use a single hop variety for bittering, flavor, and aroma additions to showcase the unique attributes that hop can bring to the glass. This time it is Vic Secret from Australia which brings aromas and flavors of pineapple, pine, and passionfruit to a crushable pale ale.

Zero Day IPA

India Pale Ale:
ABV: 6.7% IBU 66
Inspired by the forest, our brewers used a combination of Simcoe and Mosaic hops in the boil and then 100lbs of freshly picked Cascade hops in the hop back. May you think of the forest and how you can help restore it when drinking this seasonal fresh hop beer in the aftermath of the Eagle Creek Fire. Cheers! #CascadeLocksStrong

Dry Creek IPA

Northwest Style IPA: ABV: 7.2% IBU:63
This beer is a full flavored IPA with classical notes of citrus, grapefruit, and floral goodness. Resinous lemony notes prevail in this offering. Gravitating to the lighter end, we leaned away from the malty back notes to provide a smooth drinking IPA.

Dark Beers

Birthday brown

American Brown Ale: ABV: 6.1% IBU 32
An american brown ale made with Canadian and British malts giving it a bisquity chocolate character lightly balanced with a light dose of Cascade hops.

Chocolate Thunder Stout

Oatmeal - Milk Stout:
ABV: 5.9% IBU 54
Delicate dark chocolate notes dominate this beer.  This beer is not your classic stout.  Bob’s Red Mill oats were added to the mash to give a velvety smoothness along with a late addition of milk sugar to the boil kettle continue to round out the smoothness.  This dark beauty was then “dry hopped” for four days on Ecuadorian Cacao nib to give that true european dark chocolate flavor.
*Contains Milk Sugars*

Gobbler's knob

Toasted Coconut Porter:
ABV: 6.8% IBU 26
Our Assistant Brewster, Tessa Longnecker, created this smooth &  creamy porter. A chocolate aroma with a strong coconut flavor, created by toasting Bob’s Red Mill Flaked Coconut in house.
