Bavarian Hefeweizen: ABV: 5.8% IBU:17
Grus Gott! A traditional wheat beer; one of the few ales that originate in Germany. Our Bavarian Hefeweizen is true to form with distinct overtones of banana and clove that define the style. No fruit was harmed in the making of this bier! The flavor notes are all derived from the yeast strain. In this case, from the Wienstaphen; the oldest brewing school in the world located in Bavaria. Prost!
Dry Creek IPA
Northwest Style IPA: ABV: 7.2% IBU:63
This beer is a full flavored IPA with classical notes of citrus, grapefruit, and floral goodness. Resinous lemony notes prevail in this offering. Gravitating to the lighter end, we leaned away from the malty back notes to provide a smooth drinking IPA.
Scotchish Style Porter:
ABV: 7.2% IBU 21
This dark ale is bursting with roasted malt character. A dry finish of coffee, hints of chocolate, and smoke are prevalent in the medium-bodied finish.
Cream Ale: 5.4% IBU 16
A pale, straw-colored ale that is low on hops and big on flavor. Premium barley, corn and rice make up the creamy full-flavored malt profile in this easy drinking offering.
Concrete and gold
New England IPA: ABV: 7.6% IBU 70
Wake Up! Concrete and Gold, TIB's take on a New England IPA is literally bursting with hops! This cloudy elixir is full of juicy fruit hops and an oh so smooth bitterness. We spared no expense on this beer with 35lbs of premium Pacific Northwest Hops.
