flagship beer

Sojourner

Bavarian Hefeweizen: ABV: 5.8% IBU:17
Grus Gott! A traditional wheat beer; one of the few ales that originate in Germany. Our Bavarian Hefeweizen is true to form with distinct overtones of banana and clove that define the style. No fruit was harmed in the making of this bier! The flavor notes are all derived from the yeast strain. In this case, from the Wienstaphen; the oldest brewing school in the world located in Bavaria. Prost!

Saison du bonneville

Frech-style Saison: ABV: 5.2% IBU:28
A traditional Belgian table beer....lower in alcohol, but big in flavor. Rustic, earthy notes predominate this bone dry beer. One sip begs another.

Dry Creek IPA

Northwest Style IPA: ABV: 7.2% IBU:63
This beer is a full flavored IPA with classical notes of citrus, grapefruit, and floral goodness. Resinous lemony notes prevail in this offering. Gravitating to the lighter end, we leaned away from the malty back notes to provide a smooth drinking IPA.

seasonal

Cairn

Cream Ale: 5.4% IBU 16
A pale, straw-colored ale that is low on hops and big on flavor. Premium barley, corn and rice make up the creamy full-flavored malt profile in this easy drinking offering.

Wet N Fresh

Fresh Hop Pale Ale: ABV: 6.5% IBU 45
A wet and fresh take on our Single Hop series this beer is 100% Centennial hops throughout brew. The icing on the cake is 100lbs of fresh Centennials right out off the farm that morning and into the hop back!

Rolling thunder pale ale

Huell Melon Single Hop Pale Ale:
ABV: 7.2% IBU 37
As part of our Rolling Thunder series of beers we use a single hop variety for bittering, flavor, and aroma additions to showcase the unique attributes that hop can bring to the glass. This time it is Huell Melon from Germany which brings aromas and flavors of strawberries and honeydew melons to a crushable pale ale.

Remember the Forest

India Pale Ale:
ABV: 6.7% IBU 63
Inspired by the forest, our brewers used a combination of Simcoe and Mosaic hops in the boil and then 100lbs of freshly picked Cascade hops in the hop back. May you think of the forest and how you can help restore it when drinking this seasonal fresh hop beer in the aftermath of the Eagle Creek Fire. Cheers! #CascadeLocksStrong
